This legislation would require volunteer coaches with youth athletic associations to undergo training to reduce the likelihood of injuries to youth athletes (age 14 or younger) engaged in high risk athletics: including, but not limited to, the sports of football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, soccer, ice or field hockey, cheerleading, and lacrosse.

General County Government Impact Fees Larry Ramsey Revenue & Finance
This proposed constitutional amendment would authorize the General Assembly to pass general laws allowing school systems to impose impact fees on new development, for the purpose of defraying the cost of expanded or new school infrastructure. Counties and cities would be required to collect those impact fees as a part of the regular development process.
